Foods II


Foods II is an advanced course in foods that builds on previous skills students learned in Foods I.

Students will explore advanced techniques for preparing foods as well as learning about origins of foods, ethnic foods and customs. They will prepare foods from around the world and other regions of the United States.

Students will also explore planning a kitchen including choosing appliances, planning meals and being a smart consumer.

Students will add recipes to the cookbook that they started in Foods I.
