Triton High School's Student Council has been very busy lately. Fourteen of them attended the SED Fall Leadership Meeting at Red Wing High School. It was a wonderful day of learning, leading, and networking with other student leaders in our area. They also did their annual Trick or Canning food drive on Halloween and collected food for the Pantry of Faith located at Faith Lutheran Church. Pantry of Faith is open to all families in need of food. Finally, they will have a Cobra Gear clothing sale during Parent Teacher Conferences, where they will sell gently used Cobra clothes for very inexpensive prices. All proceeds will go to Triton's nurses’ office for supplies.

Our 5th graders teamed up with the 3rd graders as their reading buddies. Mr. Rollins shared a story with the class, and together they worked on a fun project. It’s fantastic to see our older students mentoring and supporting the younger ones—such a great example of teamwork and community at Triton! Also, a BIG thank you to the Dodge Center Lions Club! Each year, the Lions generously donate dictionaries to our 3rd graders, and this year Superintendent Luke Lutterman even joined in to help hand them out! #wearetriton
